Jharkhand Mukti Morcha (JMM) leader Hemant Soren will become the next chief minister of Jharkhand after the Congress announced an alliance with it. Announcing the alliance Hemant Soren said that JMM and Congress will form a coalition government in Jharkahand.

"We will also fight the 2014 Lok Sabha elections together. The Congress today assured us the support," said Soren in New Delhi on Friday.
