cricketer Santosh Lal who taught Dhoni the 'helicopter shot' dies of
pancreatitis.
Former
Ranji player from Jharkhand, Santosh Lal, died on Wednesday after being
diagnosed from pancreatitis. Santosh was one of the closest friends of
Indian skipper Mahendra Singh Dhoni who helped him invent his famous
helicopter shot.
Lal's body has been taken to Lady Hardinge hospital for autopsy and will then be flown back to Ranchi.
